1. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Bay Mycos Community. These messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

2. Types of Messages

You consent to receive the following types of messages:

  • Informational/Service Messages:

    • Service Reminders, Operational Alerts, and community-wide announcements.

  • Promotional Messages:

    • Community Updates, educational program information, and donation requests.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on community activity and your personal activity within our religious community. The number of texts you will receive is subject to change based on the needs of the community.

4. Cost and Carrier Liability

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Bay Mycos Community is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opting Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text the keyword STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send the text message "STOP" to us, we will send you one final confirmation text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Bay Mycos Community.

6. Help and Support (HELP)

For help or information, text the keyword HELP to the number from which you received the message or contact us at info@baymycos.com or call our toll-free number.

7. Warranty and Liability

Bay Mycos Community is not responsible for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile network operator.
